Whenever I purchase a place, I try to make it a common principal to improve the place throughout my habitation at the location.
Moving into a condo (that I own) is no exception.. so I have taken the liberty to soundproof the ceiling (since I can hear my neighbor above).
Let’s just say, what started as a great idea ended as a not so great idea since the process is so insanely messy.. and it didn’t even cancel much of the noise from above.
Let’s just say this is the first and last condo I will ever own. Next time, i’ll just buy a house.
